Hello,
My Client needs to change the 'Direct unit cost' of an receipted item(in Posted receipts) during invoicing the Receipts.Is it possible to overcome the side effects?

Well, the direct unit cost on the purchase line can be changed at the time of invoicing. It will have no impact whatsoever.CA Sandeep Singla

In case of partial invoicing,each case they have to re-enter the 'Direct unit cost'(they can't remember the cost given in the previous invoice).
In order to avoid this situation,they want to enter the cost directly in receipt.
Some times,they may have different 'Direct unit cost' for the same item,same PO but different receipts
I think,we can introduce a new field in receipt,allow the user to enter the Direct unit cost for invoicing and this can be used while invoicing.and also,it will not give any side effects.
