Hi,
We're encountering a problem where when we copy a transactional table (table 17 G/L Entry) and pasting it to Excel, the columns and rows gets distorted.
For Example, It'll display:
12/01/06 11180 Cash Transaction - 12/1/06 302,100.21
12/01/06 11180 Cash Transaction - 12/1/06 186,120.32
12/01/06 11180 Cash Transaction - 12/1/06
-311,222.11
12/01/06 11180 Cash Transaction - 12/1/06 -133,100.77
Interesting thing is that I cannot find any reasons on why it would do this. When I copy and paste the values to Notepad, I noticed that it does the same thing there as well.
Anyone know what I should be looking for in order to prevent this from happening? :?:

I'm talking about just using a straight Copy (Ctrl + C) and straight paste (Ctrl + P) from Navision list form to MS Excel.

I fixed this by opening the table and manually removing these special characters from the description.
Is it just with the g/l table?
i use ctrl-V :-k

I was thinking of paste (P). But yes, Ctrl + V is the paste.
Nonetheless, the problem still exists, and it's not because of special characters.
As far as I know, this only happens on the G/L Entry table.

Try to use special paste (right click the cell and select text special paste)!
Good Luck,
