How can i get the page Setup active when printing in Navisio

Hello Guy,
I try to print a copy of cashier's receipt in Navision, But when i go to file to select the page Setup,the print setup is not active, this does not give me access to change the print settings even though i logged in as administrator which is super user. I wanted to change the margins of the receipt before printing it, but this is not possible because the page setup is not active. How can i get the page setup active? Please help. Its urgent.
