    Although I have not worked on LS for a long time but as per my understanding the POS system is suppose to work with the touchscreen moniter. So the hot keys are not required.

    Hi Bala,

    As per my understanding we can setup the key commands. My understanding is the result of the document i have for LS. if you have that document, u can know the process of setup. it is in the LS-Retail 4.1.

    I was reading about your questions if it is possible to configure hotkey to access the POS Menu, and i wonder if you can tell me how i can i do that,i have been working about this but it does't works, can you help me..

    Hi,

    Procedure to configure hotkeys goto to POS Key Command table Specify the hardware profile and then start mapping
    Key name -> Key No. select Key type=Menu key.
    path : Hardware profile --> Profile button --> Key commands
    ex. F2 -> 1
