So far they've only included added first one.

Have they changed plans since now it's 5.0 and 5.1?
Shouldn't they update the website?

They're probably just behind schedule. Especially since it's the holiday season now, I'm not sure if anyone at Microsoft is working.

It hasn't been updated for almost 2 months. but the screen saver gets updated weekly.
I guess because one is a marketing tool and the other is service.

The Launch Portal is updated - but at a different URL (there should be a redirect ??). Anyway - look here, that's where the updates are:
