When I send an e-mail from Navision, Outlook ask me if it is ok to send the mail, and I have to confirm it twice.
Does anyone know a way, so I don´t have to confirm it. I would like to run a report at nigth who sends e-mail to specific users.
I think that I have read a topic about this subject some months ago, but I can´t find that topic again.
Kind Regards
Lars

or you can change somer registry keys so that oulook accepts that other programs are using it to send e-mails. This is also be dangerous, because of you change the registry it means that virusses could also send e-mails using Outlook as mail client. See www.microsoft.com
Or U can set securiry rules on Exchange server and "Make the Outlook" use security rules from Exchange server.
The confirmation is due to an security update on the Exchange Server. To avoid you could lower the general security setting (not a good idea).
Insted try the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/200 ... OutG03.htm
