Country Code Problem

We have a problem with the license of Navision, we are in Argentina (South America) and we get a Navision 3.7 from an enterprise in US. Then, when we try to execute the program an error message appears and it says: "The country code in the license file does not correspond to the country code (US) in the STX file". This problem also appears in some terminals in US.
