Remote Desktop, place license file

Hello.

Have just installed a customer in a asp remote desktop environment.

It automatically uses the Cronos license, and I get an error when I try to import the license file, no permission.
The asp employee has not solved this yet, think he is sweating.

Anyone "been there" and would give me an advice? Not to easy to communicate with the asp, but it seems he needs to change permissions to the client folder.

Navision is up and running, but have to change the license every time the program starts.

note where is the "real" license stored.
on the server or on the client?
