PC blocked when executing option Data Export/Import Axpta 3

When executing the option of Data Export/Import from to another system, in this case of Excel 97, using template created in axapta.
The import process stops, I know this when immovable icon transfer in the green arrow of execution of data transfer is stoped.
It only transfers up to 296 registries and the computer blocks itself, I must matter in groups smaller to 296 registries.
Some aid?
Axapta 3.0 using AOS Thin client, SQL Database
