Error while porting Trial Balance

Dear All,

I need to port the Trial balance of last month into the company.
When I port the data from csv file to the system and when I try to post it throws out an amount and says that the account the "out of balance."

Can any one tell me why this error occurs? or is there any validation that I'm missing??

-When you post something in G/L, the total must be 0. Or you do it with some negative postings or with a balance account in the lines.

-Another possibility is that in the template, you have put that it the total per document must be 0.
