EP Communication error 10113

When I am try to modify the webpart I got error:- Communication error 10113
I also got error in event viewer:- Navision employee portal:-Cant retrive site information

Why I got this error?
My Application server is running properly.

Sometime can be problem, that not all web.configs are changed correctly (just the web.config for default website is changed, if there are another folders on IIS, you need to "merge" the changes there too...).

On which file and which changes i have to merge ?

web.config file and all changes added by NEP installation (good is to have a copy of the web.config before the NEP installation). You can recognize the changes by names used in the parameters... I do not know exactly...
