Dear All,

I want to book a sales invoice in a foreign currency. When I select the foreign currency in the sales invoice document, the program calculates the amount in foreign currency as well as local currency.

The problem is that I don’t want to round off the amount calculated in foreign currency however I want to round off the amount calculated in local currency.

How this can be done in Navision?

Regards,

Bhushan

Check the rounding-setup of the currency. Probably you have to change that.

    Hi Kirki,

I have checked the Rounding Precision filed in Currency Master table.
There are two options available as under:

Invoice Rounding Precision - This is applicable to total invoice amount calculated in foreign currency.

Amount Rounding Precision - This is applicable to total invoice amount calculated in local foreign currency.

If I specify the Amount Rounding Precision as 1.00; then system doesnt allow to specify the Invoice Rounding Precision as 0.01. That is the problem. Can you help me?

    Regards,

In the OnValidate-trigger of "Invoice Rounding Precision" there is a test that this precision may not have more decimals than "Amount Rounding Precision".
So just change "Amount Rounding Precision" and this will change "Invoice Rounding Precision".
