since the winner is being choosen at random, I made up a store of a reporting problem I have, and said I hoped Jet reports was going to solve.
hopefully they will be using my story in an ad, and I will be listening to music on an ipod, because I am too cheap to buy an ipod and the only I will have one, is by winning this contest.
Is Jet trying to make one last big effort on marketing before Reporting Services and the promised exportability of forms to Excel in 5.1 puts them out of business?
BTW I love Jet because it's typically "just works, like a hammer" kind of no-nonsense stuff that gets things done without any buzzwords of "enterprise architecture", but I'm afraid they won't survive in the long run the above-mentioned competition.

I think they can still stay in business for a long time. Like Savatage said before, if they can present simliar solution at a much lower price than MSFT, then it's a no brainer. Especially when you have something as solid as this neat add-on.
