change quantity in drop shipment sales order

Hi,

The senario is as follows:

I had created a sales order and purchase order with drop shipment linked. I did not do any shipment yet.

My customer calls to change the quantity in the sales order. When I changed the quantity, an error message said I can't change the sales order as it is associated with purchase order.

My questions are:

Can I change the sales order quantity? Can the purchase order be changed accordingly?
I used the requisition worksheet to create the drop shipment. I noticed that the requisition can change the quantity of the prod. order. Can it change the sales and purchase order as well?
