It means the Navision C/AL wants to use a certain library but it is not installed on the current computer.
So you need to install that.

When does the error message occur? What are you trying to do?

You'll have to install some kind of program (e.g. Word, Excell) or register a dll-file (You can do it with regsvr32-command in a DOS-prompt or the Start/Run dialog).

it is most probably some automation variable that has not be installed. best u can do is go to the object and check for the either global or local variable and which ever varible has the sub-type as unspecified server.unspecified class , u need to concentrate more on that !!!

Then you need Microsoft CDO (Collaboration Data Objects). This is part of Outlook.

If I'm not mistaken, when you install Outlook, you can select this part in the advanced options... .

Thank a lot guys.... :D Because of automation variable in global variable has the sub-type as Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class as you mention. and now I try to change sub-type but in Automation Server list has only Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000 Library.
