When does the error message occur? What are you trying to do?
You'll have to install some kind of program (e.g. Word, Excell) or register a dll-file (You can do it with regsvr32-command in a DOS-prompt or the Start/Run dialog).
it is most probably some automation variable that has not be installed. best u can do is go to the object and check for the either global or local variable and which ever varible has the sub-type as unspecified server.unspecified class , u need to concentrate more on that !!!
Thank a lot guys.... Because of automation variable in global variable has the sub-type as Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class as you mention. and now I try to change sub-type but in Automation Server list has only Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000 Library.
