Navision 2.6 running slow via Citrix Metaframe XPE farm

Everyone,
I am the administrator of a Citrix Metaframe XPE farm. One of our published applications is Navision Financials ver 2.6. The servers are Compaq Proliant DL360 Dual 800MHZ with 2 gig of Ram. We have 4 of them with 105 concurrent licenses. I would say that they average about 8-10 instances of Navision open on each server at a time. Users at times complain of the speed of the application. It happens at certain times of the day that they complain :?: . Here are my questions:
Is there a common bottleneck with the application that anyone is aware of?
Is 8-10 instances of Navision open per server too many for the above listed servers? The other apps that are running during this time are all office applications. Has anyone else had this problem?
