Printing problems in Navision 4.0

I have several clients, where one of them is not possible to print out "normal" documents.
As an example, one repport with only one salesline is on two pages, shouldt be only one page.
It was working before my customers client get a new PC, therefore I guess its actually the PCs problem, but why?
Does any body seen this problem? It is "only" SP1.

This seems to be 4.00SP2 without service pack.
Check if those PC's have SP2 installed. If this is the case, you need to install hotfix 2 of SP2 (I think it is KB272944).
PS : it is also possible some other PC's have 4.00SP1 installed. 4.00SP1 and 4.00SP2 are compatible. This means you can open a SP1 DB with a SP2 client and open a SP2 DB with a SP1 client without converting the DB.Regards,Alain Krikilion
