Can we drag and drop 3.60 fields to a final version (if those fields are not in 4.0SP2) while merging 3.60 to 4.0SP2

    What do you mean with "drag and drop"?
    If you mean to put those fields in 4.0SP2:if they are not standard fields, you can do that. If they are standard, they are not needed anymore.
