Why Google Earth in Navision?
I was browsing though the list of automation variables, and noticed there were some possibilities with Google Earth. I was interested if it was possible to search from Navision in GE. Therefore this tiny set of objects to show you how it works. It is definitally not bugproof. The only thing I wanted to do is giving you a head start. There is very little information to find on this matter.

instructions:
- you should have Google Earth installed
- import the .fob
- run form 50000
- GoogleEarth is started automagically (by CREATE(applicationGE) !?!)
- Press "refresh" until status is "OnLine"
- Type in a city or place
- press search
- switch to GoogleEarth

Having this information, it's quite easy to build this into any form with an address...

    Hi, I have been looking at this Google earth link. I have encountered a problem when I try to load onto my test system. I get an error in the Automation Subtype fields for GoogleEarhApp, and GoogleEarthSearchController. Could you give me a pointer as to what these Subtypes should be?
