Dear All
I am setting up the Roles & Securities for one of my client in Bangalore in india. Everything is going fine except one thing i.e Periodic Activities & Setup is visible for all users , i dont which table & form i need to set up for that.
Please help.

Where are u getting this periodic activities& setup?I'm not clear about the Q anyways u can always block the system tables for the setups.Hope it helps :-k

I know how to hide it from their menu, but I don't want to login as the user to hide the items they don't have to see.

I just feel a little stupid that I couldn't figure that out..
One thing I wonder:
I this really secure? I can imagine that by just blocking the menu, one still can try to get data out of the tables as this might still be allowed.
In navision you can navigate through out the whole system from an item card.
