Hi I'm a new user to Mibuso and I'm wondering if anyone has any idea's on the following problem its been keeping me quiet now for some time??? and Microsoft have returned my support call on it saying that they don't know ](*,) ??? let the fun begin [-o<

They are running NAV Version GB 2.60.B

They are running Web Shop and are having problems with new web shop users, where it is not allowing new users to log in to the system through the web shop portal.

The system sends out the e-mail to the user with their username and password, when the new user tries to enter in the details the first two times it advises the user that the details are incorrect and try again. On the third time it then locks the username and password as they have exceeded their three tries of the log on credentials.

For the record existing users can use the web shop without any problems, log in, log out, and place orders. This only started happening on Friday the 10th of November.

Told you it was a fun one!?!
I'm NAV for it!!!

I had the exact same problem, but with a later version of Navision.

The problem is the syncronization is not running properly.

If you check in Eventlog I think you will find an error "procdriver" and som info about an DLL crasch.

I've tried many solutions but around the 14th of nov, Microsoft released SP4 of Commerce Server 2002. After installing that my problem was solved.

    Hope this info helps you.

    Thanks Cyber-Jedi,

What I found it was after you pointing me in the right direction was that under Services & Applications under message queuing that the Logmq and the Synchmq logs were full, once I deleted all the queued messaged and restarted the Mirror Job Receiver service this then fixed the problem.

Thanks for you help wouldn’t of found this out without you cheers \:D/
