Same Roles to Multiple Users- Issue

Hi All there

I have a Role called -->XXX-MAanger, and I have assigned the same to User A & USer B. Once Login as User A, i can see all the corresponding links in the menu suite, but once I login as User B, the "SetUp" folder is missing from the Sales & MArketing link. The Permissions are given correctly. Any Advice/ Idea

Version - Navision 4.0 Sp1 (SQL DB)

(Was an upgrade from 2.6)

has user B been assigned to the menu suite. Go to Menusuite designer, put ur cursor on the appropriate menu (e.g sales) right click, go to assign users,there should be a tick next to user B id
