to open AX from mail using hyperlink

hi,

this is saravanan, i have cerated a function which sends mail through microsoft outlook.
now can anybody assist me to open Axapta from mail.

to be more clear on what is my requirement:
i have developed an approval process in AX 3.0 it also so designed to send mail notification', let we take purchase order.

i am sending details of purchase order in mail, now i need to make the purchase order number as hyperlink which on cliking opens Axapta and opens the purchase order.
