Message Queues for Key Exchange

I'm working with Navision 4.0 SP2 with MSSQL 2005, NAS and Employee Portal in development environment on the moment. I'm trying to make the key exchange to work to harden the security in communication between two servers.

Without Key Management everything works fine. But..
I have created Key Exchange Reply and Request Queues to MSMQ with appropriate rights. Question is: Do I need to somehow add these Queues to web.config file also, like with nep_request_queue and with nep_reply_queue? And what should be the key name?

for example: <add key="ReplyQueues" ... ?

Key Exchange functions just are not working, I can't get no key requests to EP trusted site list, which I should approve to make this work.
