My guess is that vista has some changes in crucial DLL's for GUI and database connection, which is not supported for older versions of Navision. Kind of the same thing that some Win98 applications didn't work on WinXP.
Will you be using vista before the release of a service pack!!!. Although I have this huge trust in Microsoft, honestly I have experienced many problems using software before SP1. Take Windows XP for example...haven't you had hard times working on it...Then with SP1, and SP2 everything changed, and we started to experience system stability.
Anyhow, I don't see the need for vista in using business applications, correct me if Iam wrong, but Is vista a replacement for XP?! :-k

You will never know what power you have until you take decisions in a hard time.
This release date will really hurt the computer manufacturers this holday season. I can see people waiting another month to get the new OS. If I was to get a new laptop or PC for xmas, I know I would wait.
My guess is that if Manufactures will install the Professional version instead of home version
I think so too. I saw the same when Win98 and XP were shipped. I was working at a local computer store in the weekends. You could see cleary that there were much more PC's sold that period.

I don't believe Microsoft will jeopordise this so they can release Vista.

Then they'll probably don't run NAV4?
I can't wait to turn to Vista ...
