One of our clients compressed their Item Ledger for the years 1999 - 2002 a few months ago with no issues. That is until now. During their last running of the Inventory Adjust Cost periodic, they received an error message of
"There is no Item Ledger Entry in the Filter Prod. Order No. xxxx, Prod. Order Line No. xxxx, Entry Type Output".
There is an Output Entry out there, but it is the compressed entry, so it has no Prod. Order No. and Prod. Order Line No. Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so, any suggestions on a fix? Thanks!

I wonder if the answer here - can also apply to your situation

Since the Production Orders are so old, I don't think the customer will have an issue with deleting them and it will prevent Navision from searching for non-existent Item Ledger Entries.
WITH ItemLedgEntry DO BEGIN
TESTFIELD("Entry Type","Entry Type"::Consumption);
TESTFIELD("Completely Invoiced",TRUE);
IF NOT ProdOrder.GET(ProdOrder.Status::Finished,"Prod. Order No.") THEN
EXIT;
Thanks so much for your advice. I am going to test it out right now...
