Question about sending Email

Hi I have couple quesiotns.
In Navision 4.0 SP2
Can do we...
When run reports, user can choose send report through email?
Moreover, he can choose within text or pdf.file.

Do we have use convert and change report to pdf file?

If user want to send report by email, when he selects pdf. type, system can send it directly with pdf. file?
