Employee Portal, XMLSerializers error

Hi,
I have followed the EP installation psf and the NAS configuration pdf, I'm able to start the database server and connecto to it with navision client, have installed nas service with the command line:
Followed the EP guide until the point it says, 'If you are using CRONUS skip the next steps because it is already configured for a demo'.
I'm using active directory.
In the web page I can see 4 elements in the 'Virtual server gallery'
- Card web part for NEP
- Header-Line web part for NEP
- List web part for NEP
- Search web part for NEP
But when I try to add any of these I get the error: "No se pueden crear elementos XmlSerializers para este elemento Web" ...in english must be something like... "Can't create XMLSerializers 'elements' for this web part"
Another problem is that there are web sections like 'Web site config' that I cannot access, my only-one windows AD (Administrator) account seems not to be valid...
As the guide says that cronus is ready for demo purposes maybe I'm wrong on any guide point... or maybe I need another guide to know how the web part of EP works... don't know, please HELP!
