Commerce Gateway Request Server Installation

Hi - I am trying to install Commerce Gateway Request Server for the very first time. There doesn't seem like there is much to it but I must be missing something. I'm am refering to the only bit of Commerce Gateway 3.6 literature I can find - a powerpoint presentation of the differences between 3.10 and 3.60. I run the CG Request Server setup.exe on the BizTalk Server without error but then I see no reference to it anywhere (not in My Computer, Services etc.)
If there is anyone out there who has done it successfully..please, what am I missing?? :? Thanks, R.
