Fix Clustered Index
Navision codeunit to fix the SQL Clustered Index Issue for a Navision 4.0 SP1 database.

It is a fire and forget codeunit, it is not recommended to run when other user use the database, because of the index building on the SQL server.

Modify, Date, Time on objects remain the same
