Cost by Lot number

Hi,

Is it possible to have the cost of an item calculated according to the lot number you choose when you make a sales order?
I know that the cost by lot number exists in item tracking entries, but I don't know if it is possible to have it automatically in the "unit cost" field of a sales line.
