ODBC - import wrong tables

Hi,
We are using ODBC to import Navision tables into Access. It was working fine but since some time, ODBC imports few first tables that were chosen and then starts to import all the tables from the database one by one. The cause can be that we have quite many companies in Navision (50). Do you have any ideas how to solve it? Maybe new version of ODBC has some extra functions?
