Upgradation to 3.6 Attain

I am trying to open the backup file received from a customer. I have received the .fbk files which has to be restored and converted into navision attain 3.6 version. This is to be send back to the client after upgradation. Kindly let me know the exact steps to carry on the process.

    its a long procedure for upgrding version.



    1 You required Change Log of your Customized Database which you
    last installed on your Customer site.

    2. you require Navison Database 3.6 and its Change Log.


    you are facing Problem because of this scenario.

    You Customize the Object for your Customer And Navision also Customize that object in 3.6 version

    So please go through a Procedure of Upgaradation VERY CAREFULLY. How to upgrade from one Version to another version

    Its a lengthy procedure

    I am following the same steps as mentioned in the upgrade toolkit but all the time i get across with the same error, that says ' Object name already exists - codeunit 98500 & 99629'
