virtual server gallery

Hello,
My company has installed navision and sharepoint in another company. In my company all works well. We didn't remember do anything special in our installation about virtual server gallery.
The problem is that in the new installation in another company all seams that works but when we went in sharepoint and try to add a web part list (card web for navision, header line, list web ang search web...) there isn't here.
Virtual server gallery (0).
Somebody knows what thing did wrong in the new installation? To install virtual server gallery is necessary to install o configure something special ? We try to import the files individually but I thind there are peoblems about permissions .

it seems that something went wrong during the installation. Perhaps you did not select the correct Web Site for SharePoint (or it is installed in a different directory / adress / port).
Try to run the installation of NEP Frontend Components again.
