axapta object designer!

This may sound strange but can somebody tell me how can I see the objects in Axapta? Tables, forms and everything?
Is it possible to make customizations ?

Here is link to a video that will show you the basic information about Axapta. Yes you can make modification in Axapta. It's a lot more powerfull than Naivion.
