Upgrading/Extending Users

Hi,

We are soon to take over the support of a customer who is currently on Navision 3.60 and is looking to both upgrade to 4.00SP2 and add an extra 5 user sessions to the license. I was just wondering :

1. Should we buy the extra licenses whilst on 3.6 or upgrade to 4 first?
2. The enhancement is due for renewal in February - how does the new BRL licensing affect existing customers?

In my opinion existing customers are still able to buy granules as they are used to...
