Problem while making receipts in cash receipt journals

Dear Friends,

Here is the problem which I am facing while making receipts through cash receipt journals and general journals.
1. For the first time when journal line is filled and moved to the next line the previous line is getting deleted and is getting stored in the general journal table ( Suppose the Line No. be 10000)

2. Now after this happening when for the 2nd time the journal line is filled
moved to the next line its showing message that
"The General Journal Line already exists.. The identification fields are
Journal Template Name = 'xxxxx', Journal batch Name = 'yyyyy', Line No. =
'10000'.

I think you have some filter on it that filters out the currently enterred record.
Remove all the filters on the table.
It is also possible that there is a filter in the properties or by program. In this case the NSC has to check it out.
