Backups

Hi !
We use navision with SQL-server database. Every now and then we
create a fresh test environment by using Navision total backup from the
production.
But in this case the windows usergroups are also created from prod. basis.
And we also lose all reports under construction in developement.
What would be the best way to avoid these pitfals ?
***
Are all the reports (all related to reports) in one/some SQL- tables
so reports alone could be backuped before full restore from production, and then the reports could be restored alone ?

The easiest way to save your reports under construction by not restoring the application objects. When you restore the backup, you click the 'custom' option, and you uncheck where it says 'Application Objects'. This restores the data only and leaves the objects alone.
You could also export your reports before you restore, and import them back in after you restore.0
