BOM problem with boxes

I just created a BOM item but I want tthe BOM to decrease 24 bottles and labels. But only 1 boxes per each 24.

On the Bill of Materials I setup
Boxes Qty 1/24
Labels 1
Bottles 1

The unit of measure for the BOM is eaches.

What can I do to decrease only 1 box for every 24 bottles?

I believe you need to define a uom for the 1/24th box, so the box is base unit of measure and the 1/24th could be called pcs. so 24 pcs equaled one box, then put 1 pcs on the bom.
