After login, screen goes grey

Dear all,

we use Navision over TerminalServer and for one of my users in our test system, the navision window displays nothing but the top menu (File, Edit,..). Where we should be able to see the navigation pane and all that, the screen shows nothing but a grey area.

I have tried deleting the ZUP, replacing the ZUP with someone else's working well ZUP, deleting the NT profile but nothing helped.

Does any one have an idea on how to tackle this?

    Dear alijarte.,

    Have you checked the navigation pane option in the menu field (File , Edit, View).

    Funny enough the user logged to the application from another computer and there it had no problem.
    Then, when he was back to his computer, logging was no longer a problem.
