Installing NAV 4.00 SP2 in Windows 98 ?

Hi !
I'm traying to install a nav 4.02 in a windows 98 SE.
First ocurred a activeds.dll error, which i resolved, but now i've got a secr32.dll error calling a GetUserNameExA.
May somebody help me? I needo to install some clients on Windows 98 SE...any needed package ? any idea ?

I don't think 4.0 is supported on 9x version. You need to upgrade atleast to win2K0

Nav 4.0 in not compliant with Win 98, instead go for Win2k or Win XP.0
