Strange report printing..

Hi all!
I have a report with a huge number of sections, which should / should not be printed depending on a several conditions. Report prints a large number of pages, but it places records on the upper half of each page, then the rest of the page always stays empty and report continue printing on the next page - also only on the upper half of page!
I tried to set KeepWithNext = No, but it didn't affect anything! I suppose it can be related with a complicated structure of my report, maybe Navision decide about going to the next page regarding all sections, even those which will not be printed this time?
I would appreciate any help.

Are you using 4.0 SP2? There was a bug in it that was hotfixed.
Ask you MS-Partner for the last version.0 -
Thank you very much!! I'll ask.

It can be problem of too many footer sections with PrintOnEveryPage = No. In some situations the system is still reserving the space for all sections inspite of they will be not visible. It is because in time of calculation of page break the system doesn't know if all footers will be visible or not and the space must be prepared. It is like "all lines fit to one page, add the footer to the first page. But if I add the footer, there is no space for all lines. The footer must be on second page. But because the footer will be on second page, there is space for all lines on the first page. Add the footer there..." and you are in the loop. And the system must solve that.0

The Rollup for SP2 is now released
The Rollup (update) for the Dynamics NAV 4.0 SP2 platform can be downloaded here. More information will be available in KB 919407. This will among other issues correct the fixed 2cm right margin in reports; that might cut off some text in reports.
