    Hi,

I don't know if this is your situation, but first you need to have the Acrobat Maker installed. Then just print the report as usual (to the printer) and then select the driver (Printer Name): Acrobat PDF Writer.

    Hi,

If you go to website www.pdfmailer.com, they have a excellent tool for Navision to export reports in Navision to PDF file. Its just great and works like a charm.

    Thanks

Been there, done that. Just install an Adobe Writer or Distiller program, and it shows up as a printer, and you can send ANYTHING you would normally send to a printer to a PDF file. VERY SLICK!

I use an excellent program called Win2PDF from Dane Prairie Systems (http://www.daneprairie.com). It's chosen from the printer list just as Acrobat Distiller is, but costs a fraction of what Acrobat does.
