Report value change after export to excel

Report value change after export to excel at my client PC only (NAV3.7) & this problem not happen to my pc. Both of us use same OS, Client Excel version is 2000 & im using 2003

Actual value should as "24-12", but it change to either date value "24DEC" or 12 (24-12=12) after export to excel.
