Hi there,
I know there was a topic about founding a Freelancer group, but I don't know what happened with this idea.

So, are there any ressources in the web where a Freelancer can find new projects (worldwide)? Or does anybody else have an idea how to find open projects where Freelancer are needed?

It was on mbsonline I think. There was some discussion about freelancing and working together.

What are you looking for? Development, Consultancy?

I am looking for a good mix between both, Development and Consultancy.

Prefered locations are the USA and countries in Europe.

Well you can find projects anywhere! But IMHO then here in this Microsoft Dynamics NAV world then NETWORKING is THE KEY! Keep your old coworkers alert on what you're doing, your old customers, and not to mention develop your network. One way is to use sites like http://mibuso.com and http://dynamicsuser.net to "promote" your services. Answer questions from users who ask within your expertise. I have a good friend who the last 10 years more less got all his clients as a freelancer via http://dynamicsuser.net (or previous sites navision.net and mbsonline.org).

At the Dynamics User Group you can find a forum espcially for Dynamics Freelancers ( http://dynamicsuser.net/forums/151/ShowForum.aspx ) where you can interact with other freelancers about anything from finding clients, networking and what to charge your clients.

I'd be interested in having this conversation relative to www.partnercompete.com, a new partner-to-partner forum that was launched in January of this year. I think it could present opportunities.
