Applicaton Error shows in Event Viewer

Hi,

Could anyone tell and advise the following error, how to prevent this and solve this, my teammate had reset the cache, and the navision can be run again.

this server i had 4GB memory already, do you think it is not enough memory?

Navision Server have problems with cache bigger than 800MB (someone is talking abouit 1GB, some about 700MB...)
