Exam 231 Navision 4.0 Relationship management

Hi all,

I past the Finance, Introduction and Development exams.
Now i'm up to do the 231 exam.

I have problems about following possible exam questions:

1)Before a sales order is created, what must be defined?

A)A Contact
B)Customer template
C)Opertunity must exist
D)A Shipping address

(I think A,B,C)

2) Your company normally assigns attachments to interaction templates. Select all kinds of documents that can be assigned to interaction Templates.

A)New Microsoft Word Dokuments
B)Import all types of documents
C) Copy already existing attachments from other templates
D) PDF Files

(I would say A,C but the others said A,B,C) ??

These are exactly as they should appear on the real exam (I've heard) ???

3) What must be installed prior to using the Outlook Integration feature within Microsoft Navision?

A) Outlook Integration Objects
Collaboration Data objects
C) Outlook Synchronization Objects
D) Nothing special is needed for Outlook Integration

( Think A but others think B??????)

In microsoft Navision you can have the program automatically classify your contacts according to

a)Customers,Vendor,Bank
b)Contact,Customers,Vendors
c)Vendors and Customers
d)Contacts and Banks

The correct answer should be b) I think, Synch. should be a)

I do not know how to check this (The sync is Okay : Costomers,Vendor and Bank) but the classification ??

For the first time I received a score of 100% for a Navision exam!!!
