MBS exams

Hello,
I have passed several exams for the mbs installation & configuration masters certification. I have already sent to mbscert@microsoft.com and mbsuniv@microsoft.com showing the exams information so that they can add them to the company Iam working for. 1 week have passed and still no answer. Can anybody know what should be done concerning this issue. I need to have my exams added to the partner source of the new company. PS. Iam an administrator on the partner source site.
