Menusuite: New Users get all menus

Whenever I add a new user to the database they get access to all the menus in my menusuite. So when I add a new user I have to go to each menu button and into ASSIGN USERS and remove the user from the buttons that I dont want them to have.

Since I have a lot of buttons it would be easier if they were created with access to NONE of the buttons and I assign the ones I want.

Is there an easy way to do this?

As far as I know you will have to manually remove the user from the Menus each time you add a new user.

You can copy someone who has similar menu's & make less changes.

You could also setup a default phoney name that has nothing to start with as you suggest. And all new users will be copied off of that.
