Permission error when creating new form

When I'm trying to create a new form in Object Designer I'm getting this error

You do not have permission to create the 'MyForm' Form.

Contact the system manager if you need to have your permissions changed.

What permissions I must change in order to be able to create a form?
I'm working with Navison 3.7b, with a developer license and I'm logged in with an user with the "SUPER" role. I try to modify a form and it's ok, but not to create a new one.

You need to create them in 50000 range. So the ID of the form has to be in 50000. This is so that it doesn't conflict with Navision for future upgrades.

I have already tried this (with 50000/50002 for example). I read on the forum about various ids ranges. And I tried different ranges but I always get the same error.

Check your security and make sure you have the super role. Also make sure in tools->License you see the developer license, if not click on change and select the developer license. Are on sql or native?
